But we will make changes in the book and this site to satisfy the requests of the public. ABOUT THE AUTHORS: Dr. Louis A. Dvonch was a scholarship student at the Julliard School of Music in 1937–38. He then attended Loyola University and graduated from the Loyola Medical School with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1945. After serving in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, Dr. Dvonch went into private practice as a surgeon and general practitioner in 1947. He served on the staff of St. Anne’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he held the posts of Chairman of the Emergency Room Department and Chairman of the Post Graduate Teaching Department. In 1976, he moved his practice to Naples, Florida and served on the staff of Naples Community Hospital, becoming Chairman of the Department of Family Practice. Russell Dvonch is a writer living in North Hollywood, California. |
